The app sometimes takes a long time to load, and you need to switch away to another app and back again - at which point it will "switch cities" and continue to load - even if you haven't changed location! This is an ongoing bug that has never been fixed. Also - the new VW MULTIVANs that AL use are very high vehicles for elderly people to get into and the app has no ability to request that this type of vehicle is not sent on a booking. Requests to AL for this to be added has fallen on deaf ears

A 1 as a casual traveller to London spot on far better than others. Nice helpful drivers add to the App x reasonable fares . Just pick up points x drop off points hard for all to navigate due too crazy traffic over regulation.

What's the point of these so-called 'apps' that a) use browser engines, b) choose chromium engines, if avail, overriding owner-chosen, more secure ones; e.g. Gecko? — CORRECTION: it, at least, doesn't go to their clunky website and still loads ok (no new bookings yet!). Do I now remove the app, open the site in a browser I trust, or the chromium-based engine? No cookie choice/transparency page about which services it now shares my data with, so I remain dubious, Shellie. 5*→2* but remains ’Meh’!
